Frequently asked questions
Is the free Discovery really free?
Yes. A complete Discovery per department, no credit card. We don't ask for payment details until you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. The results are yours whether or not you sign up.
How long does a Discovery take?
Between 3 and 7 days from when you send invitations to when you have the report. Employees take 10-15 minutes to answer the survey. Automatic processing is instant.
Does data leave the EU?
No. All processing runs in AWS Frankfurt. The AI models we use (including Claude) are contracted with European residency. We're GDPR-compliant with a standard DPA available.
Which frameworks are covered?
EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, CRA, and ENS (for Spanish public administration). Enterprise lets you add custom sector-specific frameworks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month. Annual plans offer a prorated refund within the first 30 days. Your data is exported in CSV/JSON before cancellation.
